Not much happening around here, as it is too cold for the little dogs to be out for long. Mostly they are just using the back yard and then hurry right back in.

You can't really see the angle in this photo; his head is a GOOD 4 inches lower than the rest of him!

Lacey moved IN on him. Yeah, right ON him.

Marlin has been sleeping here since he got hurt jumping down from Dad's bed. I put it in Dad's room at the foot of the bed. No matter, it is NOT what Marlin likes. That is HIS comforter, he has had it since he was a 9 week old pup, and it came in to rescue with him. It is the ONLY thing he will lay on on top of a bed or sofa. He was taught well!

Rather often, we hear him in Dad's bedroom whining. This is what we find: Sugar has taken over!

Sugar and Lacey, Marlin and Ozzy -- you are sooooo white and fluffy! Marlin, good job finding an alternate place to rest!

Sugar and Lacey bonded within a week. Where ever you see one, you will find the other.

Here is a very common sight: both of them on Dad's lap. Can you guess who was up there first and who arrived second??

Sugar was up there first. Lacey arrived second and moved to the INSIDE, so she is closest to Dad! They never fight or growl, they just work the way over each other.

Here they are together on the loveseat.

Lacey gets bored to tears in this cold weather. She is much higher energy than the other 3.

I woke Sugar from her nap for this photo:

Sisters can be very accomodating when you have a bowl which "travels" across the floor! Sugar is in front, facing to the right. Lacey is in back, facing away; her butt is holding Sugar's bowl steady. This also happens often between the 2 of them!

Awww, I wouldn't mind being stuck inside if I were surrounded by so much cuteness.

Ozzy looks adorable all curled up in the first two pictures. Lacey makes me laugh. She just seems to have so much "personality."

Hi gang!!! Look at all those fluffybutts. You guys are so cute. I have to say I do have trouble telling you all apart. I don't know how mommy does it.

Thank you! Lacey is definitely "Miss Personality." lol. And telling the 2 girls apart IS difficult! The boys are easier, Marlin because he is SO big (20 pounds) and Ozzy because he is so small (10pounds soaking wet.) The girls are within 4 ounces of each other, right between 11 and 12 pounds.
