Do you see the M on this kitty's head? Legend is when Jesus was born Mary was trying to get him to settle down and stop crying. A little kitten like this one crawled into the manger and Jesus stopped crying. Mary then touched the kitten on it's head and the M appeared because Mary was grateful for the kitten's help. That is why this cat has the M on it's forehead.

Wow, I had not heard that legend. I did kow that dogs are mentioned in the Bible, but cats are not. Nice to hear something about kitties for this time of year. Yup, all tabbies have the "M"

That Sad But True, That There Are No Cats In The Bible Probably Because They Were Not Kept As Pets In Those Days,just Allowed To Stay Around As They Caught The Rats And Mice.
