Dasher and the Pumpkin Patch

I'm so glad I took him this morning! I was going to go paint first and then take him. But it was cloudy and rainy later today and I wouldn't have gotten the pics. It was so hot so we weren't out there a long time but I did get a few good shots.

I had to lighten this one a little so you could see him

And I just LOVE this one. I think it's my favorite of all I've taken. What a sweet face. I take a tennis ball for pics now. That's the one thing that gets his ears up. Then we play with it after the shot.

Oh my, be still my heart, it is the handsome DASHER gazing out from my screen! Those orange pumpkins contrast beautifully with his black, don't they? And the last shot is a framer! thanks, and glad you went too!

Thanks so much, everyone. It's taken a while but Dasher is really fitting in and filling up more and more of my heart. He's such a lovable dog and is happy to wake each and every day. The first thing he does is go get his squeeky ball. I've got a video that I need to put up here. Really shows how happy he is and gives you a peek at his personality.
