When we got home from work tonight, there was hair everywhere. Charlie was out prancing around... but I kept calling for my baby and Scooter wouldn't come out. Hubby found him hiding in the master bathroom, growling. He looks like he's been through a wringer. He's got pieces of fur missing all over. I don't feel any cuts or punctures. But there are spots that look like Charlie chewed on him, everywhere. His neck, the inside of one of his back legs, his tail.

It's been 22 months since we adopted Charlie. I love him, but I cannot have him hurting Scooter Bug because of dominance and aggression issues. Scooter Bug is 12 years old, and is much more frail than Charlie. I don't know what to do.

Right now I have Scooter Bug in the guest bedroom. He seems to feel safe in there, with not as much room... and with his own supplies of food water and litter.

I'm emailing Nancy Efrusy to get a reading on Scooter Bug already. I can't afford it, but I have to know as much as I can. He is my heart kitty... and the thought of him being terrorized by Charlie (who is sweet as can be to me) has had me in tears since we got home tonight. I feel like I've let Scooter Bug down. I'm so sad

What do I do?
