My sister's cat, Mitzi got very sick last night and they had to take her to the ER. She ended up staying the night and today Julia took her to their vet. Her white cell count was way up so the vet suspected cancer. And that was what it was - intestional cancer and it was so far advanced that there was nothing they could do for her. So Julia had to make the decision we all hate to make - to put her down. Mitzi was 14 years old and a very beautiful, loving cat. She really loved her mom a lot and was always sitting on her lap or meowing so Julia would come get her. Julia's cats are her babies and she will miss Mitzi a lot. (she has 3 others).
