Who wants to see Luca, Sheena and Ajax pics?

I know in the past couple of months I have gone puppy crazy with pics and neglected to post very many pics of Luca and Sheena. So I wanted to show you all that they are both well and happy and very healthy. They have to be to keep up with Ajax. lol

So first Sheena. She is doing great. In fact to look at her you would never know that she had a litter only 10 weeks ago. Besides losing a lot of her undercoat she is looking great and it is already growing back. I hope I look as good as she does after having my baby in 3 weeks. lol

Next is Luca. I can't beleive in 9 more days this big guy will be 2 yrs old. It feels like he has been with us forever. I can't imagine our home without our black ox. lol He turned out to be the best step dad for these pups. He helped Sheena in cleaning then and keeping the whelping box cleaned. As they got older he helped to exercise them and so on. I am amazed at just how good he was with the pups and how fine with him Sheena was.

And of course I can't do a picture post without Ajax being included. lol This not so little guy weighed in at 23 pounds today. WOW. lol No wonder I am not allowed to pick him up.

    Hope you enjoyed.

Wow, Wow and AWWWW! Mom Sheena, you are gorgeous as always. I'm glad you are doing great. Uncle Luca, I didn't realize you are such a young'un! I thought you were older than two. How wonderful that you were such a great help with the pups. I remember reading that in other threads. Your coat looks like shiny black satin. And AWWW, Ajax! 23 pounds already! But a question, do white shepherd ears change as part of puppy development? I love that the insides of all their ears are pink. Nicole, could you give your dogs some petting from me, one of their many fans.

Thanks so much. Just as all teh pigment is still coming in the pigment in the ears will also change. Ryders(sire) ear pigment was black. Sheena's has a light dusting of gray. Hers were pink also as a young pup but by teenage phase they had gotten their gray dusting. The ear placement also goes through several phases as the pups grow and mature and then go through teething. Hope that answers your questions.

Wow, you've got some beautiful doggies there. And I can't wait to watch Ajax grow up as well as the other pups too.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

AWW! They are so fabulous looking! Sheena looks so HAPPY all the time! This might seem like a stupid question but is Luca an all black German Shepherd?
