Why are they doing it & Advice

We've started to notice the girls are peeing on everything in the house. The vet says they're fine and that he isn't sure why they are doing it. We're just baffled. I think it has something to do with the baby coming and they can feel the change.

The other thing I need help on is how to keep the girls off the baby's stuff like the crib and changing table? Hubby will make me rehome them if they are constantly getting in there.

You certainly dont need that stress with a baby on the way. I would put them in the cellar with fresh clean litter boxes and see if they remember what they are supposed to do. Are they young Cats or Older Ones?

To keep the cats out of the baby's crib and changing table, simply close the door. Or get a screen door to put in the baby's room.

Get October's issue of Cat Fancy (on sale now). They have a special issue on introducing a new baby into a kitty household. Lots of good tips.

And get another vet's opinion. This one didn't sound too helpful!

    I agree.

Even if the issue was behavioral and not medical the vet should have offered suggestions on things you could try that might help the situation. I'd def. get a second opinon if it were me.

    Good luck.
