The idea here is to post your favourite photo, and why it IS your favourite! Gina is getting to the 'bored-in-hospital' stage, and this will give her something to look at.

Glad to oblige. Gina...get yourself well girl. It has been ages since we had a good chat. We are more than overdue for one. It will be so great when you are up and about again without pain. Miss you girl.

Oh wow...so hard to pick a pic. There are several I really love. I decided to go with this pic for sentimental reasons. This is one of my two special girls being lovey with each other. It is a favorite because Lilith is gone and she was a once in a lifetime cat. There is no other way to describe her. And also because it lets me remember the special bond that Lilith and Vixen had which was co touching and so special. oh-oh les.


and this one is just for Gina. It is her RB Quest's name sake. To let you know Gina. She is now named Vaia and is living with her brother (tabby boy) with an american family with 2 children and a huge house. The lady promised to give me updates and send photos now and then so we can see this beautiful girl and her brother grow up. Your RB Quest was a wonderful guardian angel and helped this baby thrive.

Hey gina, glad to hear you feel a bit better! Better to be bored in the hospital than in all that pain.

Here's one of Star that I always get a kick out of, it's her "after skunk bath"!

And one we took on the last outing we brought Sherman on. I love how the setting sun lights up his fur. You met my sweet angel, remember?

I am choosing this one:


Scooter Bug is my heart kitty! He's been with me since he was around 5 weeks old in October 1995. He will be 12 this September (the vet at the time estimated his birthday around 9/22). He loves to be loved on, and loves nothing more than sitting on my shoulder as he is in this photo. I've cropped it down so all you really see is him, though. This first photo was taken in January 2007.

Okay, I'm adding a 2nd one:

This was taken July 15th (before I cut my hair off!)

The way he got his name is kinda cute. Originally I was naming him Fizgig (from an animated movie my ex-hubby loved). But, he really named himself. I would watch tv sitting on my bed (so I could watch what I wanted) and he'd get on the foot of the bed and scoot up one inch at a time until he was on my shoulder (like in these photos only he fit much better when he was tiny) and then bug me to death. So he became Scooter Bug!

So, there's my heart kitty and my lover-boy! Hope you enjoy him.

Two of my favorites of Duke from March 2005. Because I miss him. I just love how expressive his face was and how he showed his joy for life.
What I called a live signature. It's long been a favorite.


And one with sunflowers taken in July 2005. It was so hot that day. I remember he was so happy to get in the water.
