Anyone from Central PA, that would like to adopt 2 Parakeets

Is there anyone close to State College, PA here that would like to adopt 2 parakeets. They were given away for free to my parents and their dogs just don't seem to like them.

My parents are offering them away for free to anyone who will give them a good home. The cage and toys come included.

One bird is 5 yrs old and the other is 1 yrs. old. I think that one might be yellow and white and the 5 yr old is blue with white.
