An unexpected adventure...by Tehya (pics galore)

I finally got to have a real adventure! And my Mom remembered her camera this time.

Tonight, Mom came back to my pen and she said "wanna go for a walk?".

It was way past our usual walking time, but I'm always up for a walk. Well, Mom walks, I run! Me and Earle went blasting down the trail!

But when got to the spot where we usually run down the giant hill, Mom turned the other way!

We just waited around this little clearing spot where people can park their cars.

I had no idea what we were doing, but I caught a mouse here once before so I was happy to hang out!

Then this car pulled up with some doggers inside it. I had to go check it out!

It was my Mom's friend, Ms. Michelle, and she brought my friends, Popeye and Lucky! Remember I met them when I went partying!

We all went running. We know each other so we didn't bother with introductions! Just playing!

Earle hadn't met these dogs before, but everyone likes Earle so he joined right in the fun!

We played in some puddles! It's been kinda rainy here!

And we ran and we ran and we ran!

Popeye hops when he's happy! Just like Pacer. I'm sure they are related!

We went to the lake and had a swim!

Except Lucky. He doesn't like water too much!

I have decided I'm a water dog! Mom had trouble convincing me to get out of the water!

Me and Popeye even wrestled in the water!

Running is fun!

Then we all walked back to Ms. Michelle's car. My friends went home and me and Earle and Mom walked back to our house. I am a tired puppy now! I am gonna sleep good tonight!

Oh, that looks like a wonderful way to spend the day! Popeye's gorgeous, he looks so happy! Tehya looks FAST. Is she?

Yes, I remember Popeye and Lucky from the party (partly because Popeye is such a handsome guy

). And I must admit I lol'd when you said you didn't mind hanging out there because you caught a mouse before. You silly girl.
