Drinking and peeing a lot: Update - Chipper has a UTI

The past couple of days Chipper has been drinking a lot of water. It's been warming back up a little lately, but even back in June when we had 90 degree days, he wasn't consuming this much water.

I can't keep the bowl full fast enough. He'll drink a whole bowl in one sitting and then immediately want to go outside and will pee. He'll come back in and not 10 minutes later he'll want to go out again.

We've been staying at my parents house the past three days and he constantly drank and sat by the door wanting to go out.

He peed twice in the house.

I went out with him one time and I could see the pee was clear. Barely a hint of yellow.

His appetite is great and he plays with me and Kia but at times seems a bit down/mopey.

I'm not sure if he's just hot/really thirsty or if this is indicative of something wrong.

What illnesses are associated with excessive drinking?
