    Miracles do happen

Most of you know me as Chopper, but my first name was Miracle. My human named me that because it was a miracle that I survived. I was born premature at 56 days gestation and I only weighed 1.5 ounces. Two of my siblings did not make it. Since I was born so early I was not capable of processing my mommy's milk when it started coming in and was choking. My human mommy had to feed me by tube until I was strong enough to nurse on my own. There were several close calls but I was a fighter!! I just wanted to share some pictures with you of my life so far, I hope that you enjoy them.

Also, I wanted to thank everyone for the comments about me. My mommy reads them to me all the time and it makes me feel so special.

Well on with the pictures. ~love Chopper
This is my fur mom Mini and my fur dad Mickey.

Here is my mommy with all us babies in there, she looked like she was gonna pop huh?

Here I am when I first came home after being delivered via cesarean section.

Here is my and my big sis, Faith, now known as Lilly. I am one week old.

Here I am at two weeks old, look how much I have grown!!

Here is me at three weeks, growing like a weed.

Me at four weeks, ain't I a cutie?

Five weeks and see how big I have gotten!

More pictures to come in the next post......

Six weeks, this is when my new mommy found out I was sold. She was so upset. She did not know that daddy had bought me for her as a suprise for her Birthday.

Seven weeks old, this is my original human mommy's thumb, I loved to bite it.

Eight weeks old and the day my new mommy found out I was hers. She cried she was so happy. But I could not come home yet. I only weighed 1 pound and the vet wanted to wait for my vaccinations another weeks.

This is the first time my new mommy saw me in person, she cried, again.

Here is me and my big sis with the blanket that my new mommy had given me to make my transition home with her easier.

Here are just a couple pics of me with my fur mommy and my sister.

I sure hope you enjoyed seeing me as a baby....

Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

I know he was an itty bitty guy, about the size of your thumb probably. He just turned three months old yesterday and he is about 1-1/2 pounds. See he has grown alot He is so funny, every day when I go into the bathroom he stands on the scale, all on his own. I don't tell him he doesn't register, then again maybe he does it to be taller
