Saw a dog with a mini skirt on

I was at PetCo with Fenway and this woman was carrying a small dog with a pink & white striped shirt and a blue jean mini skirt. I had to ask this woman if her dog really had a mini skirt on and she said yes.

It was the funniest thing. I wish I had my camera.
