    Peanut is "Home"

We scattered Peanut's ashes today, in the same spot we scattered Tubby's ashes two years ago. She is now in a nice shady spot in the woods behind my parents' house, roaming freely through the woods. I told Tubby to take care of his little sister, and I just know he was licking her head before we left the spot. As a matter of fact, by that time she was probably already get fed up with it and getting ready to smack him one.

I buried her urn near Tubby's and left it open just a crack in case she got scared and wanted to go hide now and then. I also told Goofy (my parents' "outside" kitty) to watch over her and told her to watch over Goofy since he's an outside kitty.

Sure do miss my snotty little diaper girl......but she is in a better place now......and Robin is so much like her that sometimes it's scary.......

We'll be back to visit sweety, and you'll always be in our hearts.

Reading this brought back the memories you shared on that sad day. And with that also brought back the tears.
I am glad Peanut is finally officially with Tubby now.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

This brought tears to my eyes but I'm glad Peanut is home and with Tubby. Hugs to you and Terry!

Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

A wood is a good place to rest and Peanut belongs there with Tubby, now they can snuggle up and go on little excursions together, so I'm glad you made the trip.

    (((hugs)))

Although I feel so sad for you and Terry, this is such a loving tribute to two wonderful kitties that are part of your family. They will be missed by so many but always remembered in such a special way. Tubby and Peanut had a great life in their time and now will continue to be together and always loved by those who meant the most to them.

Thank you for sharing Peanut's homecoming and always know there are lots of hugs and shared feelings from those here at PT who know you and knew your beautiful babies.

    Take care, Betty
