    Axle is driving me NUTS!!!

Its that time of the year when he wants to hook up with a female.. So he swims & swims & swims, all while clawing the pond walls... Which might I add is VERY loud... Its been 3 days now that I've gotten very little sleep, as he just wont stop lol

I need to get a huge ice block & start putting it into his pond as night to keep him more quiet lol I need sleep lol

lol, an ice block hehe. that sucks, you could throw a female in with him, and then he would stop making noise lol, but you would have the problem of what to do with the female

Are you trying to send me to prison? lol (I know you don't know the laws)

Its VERY illegal to allow Axle to breed, & to own a 2ed one

Wishes she had a huge freezer to make a giant iceblock lol

I'm sorry, no I don't know anything about the laws, I have no idea about laws of owning turtles.

He must be an endangered species?

Axle is considered a Game animals, just like a deer. You cannot own a deer period, but there is a slightly different law with the turtle.. Kids pick them up & take them home as pets. If this happens then you can keep the turtle.. you cannot set it free, as thats illegal.. you cannot eat it, as thats illegal & you cannot sell it, as thats illegal... so you either give it to a rehab centre, who'll kill it, or you keep it.

I knew what Axle was when I got him. I was 17 I think, so I was a child & got to keep him + he was sick & would have died, so law officials have left me alone... They know I have him & as long as hes not causing ANY problems, I can keep him... so if he eats a neighbouts cat, THATS when the law can step in & kick my butt... But hes never outside alone, or in water.. hes very calm & friendly & I'm never too far from him. The worst thing is that he gets out of his pond & trashes my room
