Prom dance for my daughter Indra!

My little girl is not a little girl anymore! In a few weeks she will be graduating
from High School! This evening she is going to her prom. Of course I have taken a few pics of her in her new dress and shoes with high heels! I am a proud mommy !!! In september she will go to university in Ghent.
I want to share some of the pics, so you can see how beautiful she is

    with Snoopy

She's beautiful Lut and I love that dress! Have a good time at the prom Indra. So will Indra still live at home while attending University?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Yes, the university of Ghent is only 12 km from our house. There is a direct bus-line from here, with an ideal busstop close to where has to be. She can also go witj her scooter; that will depend on her schedule. I am really happy that she will come home every day; I cannot miss my sweet Indra...!

Here is a pic of her as a toddler( with her brother Jo, who is almost 22)

at age 16 (her hair was still long here)

Indra looks lovely!! I can't believe how much she's grown since I first saw her. University eh? Good choice!! Glad you'll still beable to see each other every day.

When you took those pics, I bet she said: Don't you dare post them on PT! LOL! Does she know?

She is a lovely young lady! You have every right to be proud! I just posted my youngest daughter, Amanda a few days ago! She just went to a military ball and prom with her boyfriend. She is also graduating and going to the University of Tennessee this fall. She will be about 5 hours away from me though!

I bumped her thread ... but here is the link http://www.petoftheday.com/talk/show...1&page=1&pp=15
