    abandoned pets ***

    sometime last yr ( 06 ) sue krasih of pittsburgh,pa abandoned her home & her pets.NO one called the police until 3 months later.they found 10 dead dogs & 5 dead cats.the poor innocent helpless animals had starved to death.what a horrid nasty woman.she was picked up in north carolina.can anyone get more info on this tragic story.those 15 animals didnt deserve this.i got this info from chat.again....sue krasih of pittsburgh,pa. may the dogs & cats RIP.

    animal abuse is not a felony in america.max fine is 1 grand & 90 days in county jail.you get 30 days good behavor credit.what a lousey criminal system in the usa.in england & a few other countries its a felony.

    The laws on animal abuse, abandonment or neglect suck big time. They need to change and make it a felony. Until then, that kinda crap will continue. It's really sad, and angers the hell out of me.
