Knut is fine

http://www.spiegel.de/panorama/0,1518,473475,00.html

Ok, this website is in German, but on the middle of the pages you will find pictures you can click on. You'll see:
Knut the polar bear cub with German minister of environment Sigmar Gabriel (Knut is so much prettier than any politician they had to take advantage of that ) , with his human daddy whom he gives kissies and Knut enjoying the great outdoors at the zoo.

I think these few stupid guys who said something irresponsible got a huge resistance all over the world.

This news reached Danish TV too, I saw a little report on Knut the other day. Isn't he simply wonderful! Of course he can thrive in the Zoo, the surroundings are perfect for him - I'm so glad they decided to let him live!

He is so precious. He can live out a healthy and joyful life in a zoo. I mean look at that face, I so want to snuggle.

There was never a doubt about that. The morons who suggested him to be killed had nothing to do with the zoo. The zoo people got him raised and his human daddy is a zoo employee.

Yeah- this excursion was his coming out

He's so cute! He looks feisty and happy - Paul subscribed to his podcast, which is all in German, but I suspect I'd not be listening to the humans anyway, being distracted by the cutie K-nute! (The K is pronounced, just in case anyone else was wondering.)

Barbara, thanks for the Spiegl link. Those are wonderful photos.

Knut also has a podcast (in German) with nine videos online via RBB (web page or RSS or iTunes).
