It's amazing what dogs will do for us, she died a hero, but I wish she would have survived, too.

Aww, see even the Lassie not on TV is a hero. So sad that she didn't make it out.

But that must have been why she was with that couple. She is their angel, and will be watching them from the bridge.

Wow, Animals are so amazing, and never cease to amaze me. What a brilliant dog, I wish that she had made it out though. Poor little Lassie, you will be a hero at the Rainbow Bridge welcomed by all the other dogs.

Wasn't that a sad story.

I kept thinking about that dog, off & on
all afternoon after I read it. It's just a sad thing the people couldn't
return the favor and save her life too.

They seemed so upset in
the news video.
