People have cheated in those contests before (by signing up under several usernames and voting) and since it involves *my money* (for the prizes) I wanted to make sure everyone got a fair chance.

Oh, and it seems some people have had a problems with the way I run contests. Well, if ya don't like it, you don't have to participate! Especially in a contest where I am spending my own money on the prizes FOR you. No, it's not anyone who has posted in this thread, that I know of. But it certainly isn't appreciated either way.
