    Talking need help with my grandfathers dogs behavior

    So well my grandpops dogs name is Whitey. He is a bichon freeze. He is about two years old now. He is a very hyper dog. He will bite your feet and play with you a lot. But sometimes he gets out of hand. Is it cause he not neutured yet is that why. But he does way much more. I am just wondering why he is doing this so I can help my grandfather cause he has a hard time chasing him around cause he is 86 year old man.
