    Patriotic Kia

Every June, Williamston has a Red Cedar Jubilee and the theme this year was 'America Rocks'. My friend writes for the Williamston paper and so we tagged along with her as she took some shots of the children in the Kid's Parade and later at the Games.

The last shot... the little girl came toddling over and just started picking blades of grass and meticulously feeding each blade one at a time to Kia. Kia was more than willing to eat it all up, much to the girls delight.

Those pictures make me want to break out singing God Bless America. Very patriotic. Great shots and Kia looked very happy that the little girl was paying some attention to her.
