    Crayola Factory! [12]

nooo, that's not where my crayola was made from!

I was staying in allentown, PA for christmas/new year eve and I never knew until a friend told me that we were only about 20 minutes away from the crayola (crayon) factory.. of course, we had to go and of course, I had to bring crayola with us! it was a great, interesting tour and we had fun! I shopped a lot from crayola's store like I've went there thrice.. lol. okay, onto pictures ..

    on way!!

wondering what it'd be like.. crayola in crayola factory!

this is picture of new jersey but you're standing in PA!

trashcan covered of sticky tickets ..colorful!

this was first crayola chalks made ..1902! then first eight colored crayons came in 1903.

What great pictures. That looks like so much fun. I really like the picture of him smiling next to the dancing crayon. And, of course, it is a real treat seeing Crayola, it has been a long time since we have seen him.

Great pictures! It looks like Crayola had a big day!

Looks like you both had a great time, too.

That is cool that they let Crayola go in there too. Or is he a service dog?
I love the pic of Crayola waiting patiently to get to the factory.
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.

Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!

Cool. Crayola got to go in? That's awesome.

I love the photo of Crayola wondering how it would be for Crayola to be in the Crayola factory. How cute.

yuppie! he's my precious service dog. I'd really wonder if they would allow if he wasn't because of his name..

daisy & delilah, you know this quote - we could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to learn to live in the same box.., this world is about everything, plus how I love coloring - one of my relaxations - so he was everything to me when we first met, carefree, sweet, relaxing, loving, playful and I thought this name'd suit him perfect too.

kimlovescats, I know!! darrn, definitely thought of jenluckenbach and catnapper when I got there, I just didn't had time and were too sick to see anybody. we went to crayola factory before our last day there.. that was too bad!

thanks everyone, glad you all enjoyed!

I've always wondered where you got Crayola's name, Gina. That is so cool that you got to go there with him. Great pictures. He is so beautiful. You both look so cute standing next to the sign.
