Jasmine has moved on

I'm so sad to say that my foster girl passed away today.
Last night she somehow escaped her kennel and got hit by a truck, we looked for hours for her and couldn't find her. Well sometime this morning she came back and my mom found her in the alley(well Maggie did). So she took her to the vet to see and the vet told her it would be a very costly surgery and she would have to go to Purdue to have it done. Her bone was actually sticking out of her skin and she had lost so much blood. So my mom made the decision to have her put down. I feel like a horrible person because this happen and I'm not so sure I can forgive myself for it. I really just can't.

RIP Sweet Jasmine, I'm so sorry it happened. :'(

OMG! Poor sweetheart! I know it's so easy to blame yourself, but those inexplicable things happen. You gave Jasmine a wonderful home and I know she appreciated it. Safe journey to the Bridge, darling.
