    A Sad Day

I went and checked on "my" Mortimer today--what a surprise to see soo many new horses! Someone donated 7 horses to the equestrian program (4 arabs, 1 paint, 1 QH, and 1 TB *I think*??)

I knew one of the "orignal" herd members wasn't there--just couldn't put a finger on who. I emailed a friend and she replied that it was one of our grey TBs, named "WHAT." The poor guy died of colic.

    Rest in Peace sweet guy.

    Sorry bout poor "WHAT"...

Sorry ya lost one of your Horse Buddies, Zippy!

But be thankful it wasn't Morty!

    What a name - "WHAT"!
Musta been a surprise when he was born...

Owner 1: "What's that inna pasture"?

    Owner 2: "It's a lil baby horsey."

    Owner 1: "WHAT?"

    Cider sez: DAD wrote that!

Rest in Peace, Dear WHAT. You gave a lot of NMSU Student Riders a lot of pleasure during you stay at the University!

Zippy will meet you at the bridge with a pocket full of carrots!
