Coco's Stitches...helP!!!

i havent checked coco's stitches for about 5 or 6 days, and to tell you the truth i kinda forgot all about the spay because she's been back to her old self...kinda like i put it behind us! well i just rolled her over and looked at it tonight, and it's puffy....he vet said there will be a bump there for about 6 months untill the stitches dissolve but i am not sure if the bump should be this big. It sticks out from her stomach about a centeter...maybe a TAD bit more, and there's a red bump above it, like where they would tie a knot with the stitches, but it's a red bump and it looks kinda like it could be a puss bubble, im not sure! any advice is GREATLY needed thank you?!?!!!!!!!!

my advice to you is to take her to the vet! it could be infencted.

Im gonna give the vet a call in the morning, but i just wanted to check to see if i was overreacting a little! I've never been around a dog that has been spayed or anything so im not sure what is normal! thanks!!!
