I just throw them on my George Foreman grille, they are done in NO time at all!
If you have a glaze or BBQ sauce to put on, put it on at the very end.
Or if you have a box of stuffing, there are always easy and quick 1 step/dish recipes!
I had a recipe once where you slit the chops open and stuff them with stuffing, then cover them with orange marmalade. Yummyy!!
I'll have to look for it!
I love shake and bake on pork chops, it's really easy and oh so good. The honey mustard glaze is my favorite.
First wash meat.
Then dry the meat a little with a napkin.
Take meat then press it down with your fist to flaten it.
Add salt and pepper to meat.
Dip the meat in little bit of flower (coat it with flower).
Dip it in some beaten eggs.
Next dip the meat into some bread crumbs and coat it good.
Press against it a little again but with a fork.
Make sure you have a frying pan add a little in it 1 quater cup of oil or less.
Then make it hot enough to put the breaded pork chops inside.
Cook one side when its a little brown then turn over to cook other side.
Than when finished have a another frying pan on top of the stove very low heat not too burn.
You put somthing inside the frying pan to soak in the grease when you put the pork chops in to keep them warm you can use napkins or a cheese cloth.
And sit down and enjoy.

I think I will bread them and bake them instead of frying.
