ty!! I love it too. I first heard it from 6feetunder too. It's called Breathe Me by Sia She's pretty too.The ending that show, really made me cry. The way they had their future lives shown like that along with the song.

omg i know....i hadnt even got to see the whole season, but i was in tears!
