Yes, you are an Angel!

What a sweet, eager face you have (and have definately outgrown your ugly stage)

I also have a B. Collie mix, and she is a good combo of playing hard, then being able to calm down when neccessary- in fact sometimes she can be downright lazy.........................until she hears the word 'ball' or 'beach' and of course 'treats!'

Dearest Angel, you are so well named because you were sent from Heaven above to be that special soulmate to your Mommy, (who by the way appears to be our kind of girl.) The story of your adoption is just the kind that makes our hearts sing.

Angel we are so happy to have you as our Saturday Dog of the Day. Seeing your sweet face and bright eyes is what I needed on this rainy morning. I only wish I could personally pay homage to such a royalty of dogdom by rolling on the floor or playing stuffies with you.

Angel, you are true to your name and I think your Mom's name should be Angel too. Thank goodness for that Shelter Woman's kindness and going against the rules. I think you are very pretty with bright, mischievious eyes. We are all dog lovers here and I see your Mom has joined us. Congratulations dear, sweet, beautiful Angel our Very Best Dog of the Day. Angel, you look like an angel, with those lovely ears like angel-wings. And your eyes shine brightly like angel-eyes. You couldn't have a more appropriate name. And you're surrounded by angels, too, who just happen to look like humans...(1) your wonderful owner who chose a shelter dog for a birthday present, (2) your owner's father who said OK, & (3) the shelter lady who broke a rule because she saw 3 angels who should be together forever.

I hope you come & visit us some more on these boards, Angel. I'd love to see more pics of you.

Yes, you definately are an Angel! You were so lucky that someone went against their better judgement! Your owner is lucky to have such a wonderful "Angel" as you! Congrats you lucky DOTD!

I was somewhat jealous , Angel's Mommy, that your Sweet 16 wish was granted so easily! Cause I had to wait over 40 years to get a dog..(Age 2..."I wanna doggie ..Age 3,"I wanna doggie..Xmas..I wanna doggie"! etc LOL)
I think Angel is so adorable and beautiful!!! BC's are one of my most favorite dogs in the world, so smart and playful and yes, hyper but at least you can never be bored!!!!!
Thank God the Shelter Lady broke the rules and that you were in the right place at the right time! You will have the gift that keeps on giving.....and always have a faithful companion by your side! Congratulations, spirited Angel for being our DOTD!
