    White Juvie - Pics

I snapped a couple pictures of one of my larger Opaque juvies earlier. A few turned out alright so I thought I'd share with you guys.

Here are some pictures from before..
    From this (2 days old)

    And now, ZIS!

Here's a pic of him by my pinky, so you can get an idea of how small he really is. They were stunted due to less than ideal water conditions. They're five months old now and should be big strong boys ready for shipping, but instead they're tiny little things. =p

Since I only ended up with 8 babies from both spawns, I'll probably be keeping them all (for the time being anyways). I'm planning on doing another Opaque spawn with mom and dad again though. I definitely see potential for HM in this line.

I lost three of my MGs recently.. the single tail female, double tail female and double tail male The only MGs I'm left with are the two females.. a double tail and a crowntail. Both are or were ill. If I can bring them back to full health, I'd love to spawn them asap to ensure that I have some MGs to work with.

:\ I've lost at least 10 bettas in the past couple of weeks. I've heard of people losing bettas suddenly around this time of year.. but I never expected to lose so many!

OH NO! I am so sorry that you've lost so many fin babies as of late! Hopefully you can get your girls up to health so they're around to splish and splash and be weird and betta-like! Tell them they better get well because they have a lot of betta boys pining after them!

I have lost my frog, betta, pleco, and platy all within the last 3 days. I am thinking it had to do with the water change they all got the day before. Even though I went through the same procedure we've done a hundred times with putting the water back in I am sure it had something to do with the complete emptying out of their containers (there were a few that they were in). But they were in smaller habitats than their tank so I felt that pretty much warranted more cleanliness but I know I was wrong (even though it was over three days ago?). So now all that is left of my fin babies is my mollie and her sixteen babies. At least I still have them, though.
