Visit to Kew Gardens in London

We arrived in London 2 days before the European PT-meeting. On Monday, we decided we wanted to re-visit the beautiful Kew Gardens. We had been there nearly 25 years ago, so it was about time to go there again! Of course you all know why Bernard loves to go there: he can always use new ideas for our own garden, lol!
    On to the pics now!

    There he goes, my gardener

    This made me giggle....

    more coming...

We both loved this flower-petal-shaped flowergarden

    This was a perfect day!!
Don't forget to look at the pics of our PT-meeting too:

Those are beautiful. I just love the giant lilly pads.

But what's up with that butt? What exactly is it?

Wow! What beautiful flowers in those gardens. I could have spent all day there myself.

I went and looked at the pictures of your PT meeting and I can tell what a great time everyone had. Looks like all of you had a blast!!

It is not a butt, lol. It is some kind of nut and its shell, rather rare. Anybody here who knows the real name??
