    More scenery pics....

I've probably posted too many of these lately, but here's a few more anyway!

I went paddling after work tonight. This is Chaburn Lake. It's actually impossible to get the whole lake in one picture. There is another branch to it that you can't see.

It was a perfect evening for paddling!

My boat, just because I love that thing!

My home. That's Whitehorse taken on the way down from Chadburn.

Ok, I'll stop for awhile now!

Are you kidding?! You could never post too many. I love the scenery shots and seeing the different places. It takes me away from my little city street here in Ohio. Its my way of getting away . Keep them coming. The water looks so nice. There has always been something about being out on the water that calms and relaxes me. I love how the sun is sparkling off the water in the 2nd pic.

    Don't stop the scenery photos.....please.

You're photos have inspired me to say yes to hubby's plan to take the family to the far north of Alberta on a family fishing trip next summer. We'll be on Charles Lake, just 8 km from the Northwest Territories border. I figure it should be some beautiful scenery, similar to what you see all the time.

i ditto the others, don't stop ever! the water looks like diamonds in that one photo of the lake, and, i love your boat. i have never tried the closed cockpit kayak, i think i'd be afraid of flipping. i know you learn how to self rescue and all that, but, yikes! one day i guess i'll have to face that fear and give it a go. til then, i'll stick with the open cockpit kinds! your home is beautiful. i hope you don't mind that i say that every single time.

They are actually very stable. The only times I've ever flipped it, I meant to!
