I'm really happy this next one turned out so well. It took me about 30mins to train Pixie just to stand on the stupid rock and STAY (she was freaked out by being so close to the waterfalls), and only 1/4000 of a second to actually take the picture - that was the easy part!

Oh, definitely, I know the why of it...just don't know the how. I've been warned (especially in myspace) of people using photos that aren't theirs.

I don't here, yet, but, just because I haven't downloaded Adobe Photoshop onto David's computer yet. And, hey, I saw that you want to be a pet photographer. I want to be in the field of photography, too, in some way, possibly pets. I, too, have a long way to go! It's a very competitive field, and, no way am I going anywhere with the camera I use. I'm looking to get a professional camera here soon, but, I have to show my boyfriend (who'd be buying it) that I could actually make money with it. Best of luck in making your dreams come true, as I try to make mine!

Pixie is so pretty, and she poses well for the camera. I could definetly see where people would want you to take pictures of their pets! Do what I did - offer to take pictures for local rescue groups and ask them to use the photos (with credit given to you) on their website and in advertisements. I never really asked the humane society to let me do it, I actually kind of got stuck with the job after they realized that it wasn't my mom taking all the "fantastic" photos of my dogs, it was me. So they asked me to take photos of the animals for adoption because thier photographs suck Word of mouth from knowing these people as well as people from my dog training club and from the vet I used to work for has gotten me a few good photography jobs.
