Star sheds constantly, and frankly all that hair is driving me crazy. I love my dog but this hair. I could make another dog out of the hair from Star. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I have heard that some high priced foods help with shedding... I don't know if you have tried that..
Presley has started to shed a lot.. I am thinking it is the food but i can't change her untill i get something good here..

OMG!!! Another furmom with a dog named Star!! My Star is a Lab, and in comparison to her Husky/Shep sister Cody, her shedding is almost non-existant!! What kind of dog is your Star? I know there are lots of non-shed products out there, but have never tried them. A healthy, balanced diet definitely makes a difference in coat health. But for me, there is no getting around it....BRUSH!! I use a shedding blade, comb and a steel brush. In the warmer months, I bathe them at least every week or two. I spend about 1/2 hr. daily brushing them both. Welcome to Pet Talk!! Hope to hear more from you and your Star!
Star,Tigg'r , Mollie and the10 Gallon Gang!
And my Rainbow Bridge Furangels...Jingles, Cody, Fritz, Chessa, Satin, Buddy, Lizzie, Oliver, Squeaker, Moonbeam, Rosie, Ruby~
We feed her Nutro, large breed, so it's not the food. We brush nearly everyday but it doesn't seem to help.
We used to give our dogs Linatone, we just couldn't afford it anymore but it did work. Shedding didn't completely stop, but it about cut it in half.
I have a friend who breeds German Shepherds, she gives her dogs Peak Glow, and this stuff works really really good!
