A while back.I was talking to a lady who had recently lost her Bichon Sugar and wasn't going to get another one and i told the story of Ruffles and we were not going to get another until dad missed Ruffles that we got Fritz.The lady named her Sugar Too after her previous Bichon.Fritz now has a new buddy to talk to,although Sugar Too lives in Hanover,Pennsylvania.
