Armed forces day is today!

Today is Armed Forces Day.

So take a minute to think about all the men and women all across the world,
in the states in your neighborhood or you family.

Thank you for all the work you do keeping the peace.

thanks all who are in the armed forces or are retired armed forces(my dad is retired marine,my uncles all were in the army or air force)you have keep us all safe and make me proud to be an american
all the other countrys i thank all of your armed forces for keeping your people safe.I take my hat off to you all.

And in memory of Cpt Patricia Goddard, who died last Wednesday in a Taliban ambush in Afghanistan.

She is the first woman Canada has lost in recent combat...and her husband will be the first man to receive the "Silver Cross", which, up to now, has been given only to women who lost a husband or son in a war.

I admire those who are brave enough to do this...and pray for peace so one day this won't have to happen any more.
