Do you ever get upset about these sayings?

-Dont treat me like a dog!
-You mongrel!
-Don't beat a dead dog
-I'm not a dog!
-Go beat a dog!
-Don't beat me like a dog!

I get really upset when people say these. People and dogs should be treated the same and who ever made up these sayings anyway!?
