    For All You Kurby Fans

    Kurby is doing well and is almost completely tamed. He still doesn't like strangers in the house, nor the grandkids, but is now even jumping up on the couch with us for loving. He's even started rubbing on my leg. Without further ado:





    Just look at his bloomers and bushy tail. Had to show all of you all the fur this guy has:

    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    He looks like the kind of hunk you just want to put your arms around and bury your face in his fur - though perhaps not yet. It's wonderful when they decide to jump up on the sofa to be with you, isn't it. First, all the to'ing and fro'ing by the sofa, looking up longingly. Then the paws on the edge, checking to see if it's a safe place. Sometimes there are a few jumps up and right down again in panic. Then the day when they actually settle down and realize that not only is is safe, but really cozy.

    I don't think he could have helped but come around to the "tame" side. After all, he has the best home imaginable for a previously homeless kitty......well.....for any kitty for that matter!

    That is another PT story with a very happy ending and it sound like the ending continues. He was worth every bit the worry he was in the beginning, isn't he? LOOK AT THAT DUDE! What a HUNK!

    I love that fuzzbutt of a boy Kurby my Abby has a fuzzbutt too, but not nearly as fluffy as Kurby's
