AGAGHHH!
I was listening to the radio this morning on my way to work. The Bob and Sheri show had a lady on that was working at a factory and was making about 25K a year. She complained that 25K was too little so she said that to make more money (about 1K a month) she was offering her Yorkie for stud to whoever wanted to breed thier bitch.
She was also offering puppies. This made me so mad.
I know that I have breed dogs (badly bred at that) but it still bothered me.
If I knew 2 years ago really how many dogs die in shelters than I may not have gotten my two where I did but I would have adopted from a shelter.

for anyone interested in her "services". From the chat interview you could tell from a mile away that she is a BYB. Anyone who wants to write her please do. Maybe we can talk some sense in her!

Dear Yorkie BYB,
I was listening to you on the radio this morning (on the Bob and Sheri show) and was sorry to hear about your low paying factory job. I am, however, surprised and upset about the way you are making extra money now.
It is really a pity that you are breeding dogs to make extra cash. Breeding should not be done to make money but to better a breed. Obviously your scope is not to better the breed.
Do you know, that in my city, and this is a fact, 7 out of 10 dogs in shelters are euthanized because they can't find a home. You may not think it's true but you are contributing to the problem.
Please spay and neuter your nine (9) dogs. It will save lives.
I am sure you can find another job.

She is one of millions of people in this country that show how ignorant and uncaring they are on a regular basis. How sad. I'll write something too but I have to calm down first
