    A special visit...

    A couple weeks ago, I was a witness to a dog being abused, dragged behind a vehicle. The details are in the doghouse, there are a couple threads about it. The dog is safe now and with people who love him. Yesterday they brought Nitron out for a visit!

    It was so nice to see him acting like a normal dog, happy, playful, jumping and running. Last time I saw him he was shaking with fear and bleeding! All his injuries have healed nicely. Fortunately, he didn't suffer any major physical damage. His owners say he wouldn't eat for a few days after they got him back, but he's back to his former self now.

    He was full of licks and kisses when he could stand still long enough! It made my Easter to see him again!

    I remember reading the posts about him. Its wonderful that he got to visit you! He looks really happy, and I'm glad he's back to his normal self.

    Nitron is beautiful! What a dog, looks like he just entierly forgot about those abusive people! I'm so glad he is all right now.

    I made the offer that if he needs a place, he's welcome here, but I hope he gets to stay where he is. They obviously care about him and he's happy with them!

    I'm in no hurry to add a new dog! My hands are full as it is, but I am sure that somewhere down the road another little soul will find it's way here!
