What would you call the style of this table?

I would call it Prairie style, like Frank Lloyd Wright.

What would you call it and how would you describe it? Is it a coffee table?

    Thanks!

Nice table. I'd say it was colonial.

Are you selling it?? How much??

It is definitely a coffee tabel, I'm not good with furniture style names, but I do think the little door and its design make it more modern than a colonial piece.

I'd just call is a wooden coffee table. But it is gorgeous!

Did some research, you are right on your first guess, Deb, I'd label it "Prairie/Arts & Crafts style" after the work of Frank Lloyd Wright.

It also reminds me of the Ethan Allen Early American line. Does it have the manufacturer stamp inside one of the doors, drawers or on the bottom?

    Thanks everybody.

Slick, yes, it's for sale - $175.00, but I think the shipping to Canada would kill you!

Debbie, I looked for a manufacturer's name and couldn't find any. If I remember right, it's on the bottom, and this table weighs a ton, so I didn't lift it to find the name.

Redhedd, you're right! I already have pics and video of Peanut in and around the drawer but none of CJ. Hmmm.....something to do tonight for entertainment - open the drawer and have camera ready.

Karen, thanks so much for doing the research. Have you thought of applying for research jobs because you're good at it.

Ethan Allan and Lane make me think of expensive furniture, so somehow I'm thinking it's not theirs.
