Is there a program in PhotoBucket to resize pictures?

The middle button over your picture is for editing. Click that button and it will give you an option to resize your picture, to either 75%, 50% or 25% of the original (50% is usually a good choice). After your picture is resized go back to the first page and copy the IMG or URL and paste. Good luck.
