Don't worry, there aren't any pictures. But this is so awful. It takes a very SICK person to do something like this.

I read about this. How sick can someone be? I hope this person or people are caught and justly punished.

Yeah, I heard about that too. I hope they find the SOB who's doing this, that is one sick person. If they're doing this to animals now, it won't be long before they start on humans.....

Didn't read that article (can't read anymore of these), but I read a few others, its related to a poacher. Hes poaching wild animals (coyoties, & others) & thats prob attracting the dogs & so he's killing them too. His first victim was a horrible story & there were photos. It was a female Rottie, her paws were duck taped & the head was gone & she was found by people walking & wall the remains of other animals were there. When this guy(s) get caught they are in for a much deserved @$$ beating in prison!!!

guys we are surrounded by people that are sick and twisted, and the funny thing is nothing will happen to them.
Couple years ago there was 2 teenage boys this happend in Brockville Ontario my home town. 2 teenage boys beat a German Shepherd with sticks then proceded to tie sinder blocke to each of her feet and threw her in the St Lawrence river still alive? Ya wanna know what happend to them both NOTHING! they were put on probation there conditions were they were not allowed to own an animal for the period of 2 years does that sound right? these were grown boys they new better but they were sick, they did not do one day in Jail now that is sad i wish they had tougher laws when it came to animals!!!!

I remember that story, it was in our EMC paper. The only reason nothing happened was becasue the "pet" laws in Canada are ummm, not there!!

I can walk up to ANY dog or cat, take them to the vet & have them PTS & not get in an ounce of trouble. If a dog (of any size) bit me or someone I was near/with I can beat the dog to death in its tracks, or beat it to death with a 2 x 4 in its tracks (as long as you beat it to death & don't let it suffer when you stop, its legal).

I lost my dog Max to the PTS BS! I went to the police & everything & was told because its a dog, & its clasifyed as an animal, not a possession, noting illegal happened. Mind you the Officer felt horrible learning this & then felt even worse having to tell me.

Edit: Are you sure the cinder blockes were tied to each leg & not her neck? Not that it really matters, just wanna make sure I have the correct facts
