Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

I know what you mean! These cats are pretty lucky. They have us feeding them daily now for over 8 years, and all have been fixed! Their environment is about as nice as a ferals could be. They're out and away from traffic, they have all kinds of shelter in the park, and us who love them!

This is great! Is it a national program, granted by the government, or do you live from gifts? I don't think we have something similar here.
