First, I have to say - what an awesome landlord! To have a landlord ASK a tenant to rescue a kitty. We need more like that!
Second, what a great looking kitty. Are you going to keep him or try to rehome him? He looks like he's a bundle of fun.
You may want to put this under Cat General, too. A lot more people look there.
Bless you for taking him in!

Awwww....Bless your heart, and your landlords! Godzilla is adorable!!
Maggie,
I didn't slap you, I just high fived your Face!I've Been Boo'd!!
What a gorgeous boy!!! Look at all those spots on him! He's certainly a handsome guy! That was nice of your landlord to ask you to rescue him rather than just throw him out, as many would do. There are good people out there...
What a HUNK!! I'd say he is a keeper! Looks like he is sweet and full of charm and such a snuggle bunnie!
Special Needs Pets just leave bigger imprints ♥ on your heart!
He seems to have settled right in, taking over the prime chair, ha ha. Welcome, Godzilla, to Pet Talk! Now tell your Dad to post a cross thread in Cat General so everyone gets to meet you!!!
.
What a cute face! I hope you find a good home for him.

What a handsome boy he is - and what a nice landlord you have.
Are you going to keep him, or find a new home for him?
