We'll be eating out, since we have to go shopping for a new stove. Actually the stove works, the element went out in the oven and since it's over 20 years old we decided to get a new one. Not only that, last summer we had to replace the fridge and the dishasher and we got black, so now the stove doesn't match. Heck, if I'd known all it was going to take to get a new stove was for the element to go oout, it would've mysterioulsy went out a long time ago.LOL

    I just got done preparing:

Grouper with hot red pepers/garlic/olives/olive oil
Grouper with Lemon Pepper & fresh lime juice (Brother and Mom don't want my spicy fish. )
Boiled red potatoes with butter & herbs
Spicy Chicken, Red peppers, & Onion kabobs (Dad doesn't like fish)
    Italian dressing Squash & Zuccinni

All ready to go on the grill in just a little bit.
My neighbor went fishing the other day and caught a bunch of Grouper and gave us a huge filet.

lol wow those first 2 meals sound amazing. I hate hate hate to cook, so my meals are usually extremely boring. plus Im poor because I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and live in an apartment alone in seattle, hahaha so my cupboards are usually pretty bare. usually I just eat several small meals throughout the day. frozen meals and veggies in a can are usually my style but tonight Im going all out and making spaghetti. lol

Tonight I made myself some sort of wraps. Don't know what to call em.

I toasted garlic & pesto tortilla shells in a pan until they were a tiny bit crispy.

    The insides:
Sauteed zuccini with garlic until it was tender.
    Chopped lettuce
and a roasted tomato/garlic mozerella cheese

    MmmmMmmm!
