Got this idea from another forum. I think we should have one here, too.

I'll go first:

1). I love God & the Catholic Church with all my heart and soul. The more I study about God and the Chuch's teachings, the more I love them.

2). I was born right-handed, but have learned to be dual-handed now.

3). When I was 12 yr old or so.. I shared a house with a dog, a cat, a duck, a chicken, 2 birds, a rabit, a tank full of fishes, and about 20 crikets all at once

4). I still feel like I'm a newcomer to the U.S., even though I've spend more years in the U.S. than in Vietnam!

5). I only have 1 brother who's 13 years my junior!

6). I am completely tone deaf. I can't tell between different tunes & can't sing to a right note - so I've never sung anywhere except in Church during Mass

7). I love going to Church. For the first 17 years that I lived in Vietnam, I went every day, never missed one. Since coming to the U.S. 19 years ago, it's not possible for me to go to daily Mass anymore, but I have not yet missed a single Sunday Mass.

8). I'm really good at maintaining lifelong friendships. I still keep in touch with my 1st grade teacher, and my 10 bestest friends in the whole wide world are those I knew since kindergarten. Tha'ts more than 30 years ago!

9). I sleep on my tummy.

10). I have no sense of direction AT ALL. No matter how familiar a place is and how many times I've been there, if I get in one way, and get out a different way, I'll get lost! Shortcuts don't work for me.

11). I spent 12 months shopping for my wedding dress, checked every websites and went to every bridal stores from around California only to find & purchase my dream dress 5 days before my wedding day! *whew*. It's been 7 years and I still haven't seen any dresses I like better than my own!

12). I don't like coffee, teas, any kind of soft drinks, or juices.. so just water for me, please?.

13). We had 450 guests at our wedding. Half was immediate family members. The other half was our friends.

14). I LOVE shoes!!! No shopping trip is deemed complete until I look at shoes!!

15). I'm really really good at math (and anything that requires logic) but suck at anything artistic.

16). I am very adventurous when it comes to food, and would dare to try anything edible, but I can't be without rice for long.

17). I love the color purple. About 3/4 of my clothes have some shade of purple in it!

18). I don't own an ipod or any video games.

19). I'm very honest. If you ask for my opinion about something, you'd better prepared to hear the truth.

20). I love my family. They're God's bestest blessings in my life.

21). My greatest dream right now is to be a mommy.

22). I hate wearing tennis shoes & socks. I don't own neither one.

23). I'm bugs-phobia (I don't know the correct word!)

24). I love Fridays.

25). When I was 13-month-old, I had a freak accident that almost cut four fingers of my right hand off. Thanks God the doctors were able to stiched them back on, and they did such a good job that if I don't tell you, you won't be able to tell.

26). I'm a hopeless romantic and dreamer. My husband is practical & down-to-earth. It can be frustrating at times, but we balance each other out.

27). My husband is my first and only love.

1. I am really particular about the fit and feel of my clothes but not how they look on me.

3. I can't fall asleep without an audiobook playing, and if it's one I haven't heard before I can't fall asleep either because I'll be too interested in it.

5. I am absolutely TERRIBLE at telling faces apart. I always forget wether I know someone or not.
6. I used to be able to sleep for about 16 hours a day, every day.
7. I am inherently lazy and late, it took me 19 years to be able to get out of bed when I want to and out the door on time.
8. I need to force a daily routine, it's not natural for me.
9. I could never make myself do homework.
10. I like to knit and crochet, and taught myself from watching videos online.
11. I love museums of all kind, especially natural history and art.
12. I love zoos and aquariums. For a very long time I thought I wanted to be a zookeeper.

14. I used to dye my hair neon colors a lot but I can't now because of my job. It's ok though because I'd take working with horses over dying my hair any day.

17. My father claims he and my mother were walking through a cemetery one day and they saw a tombstone with my name on it, and that is how they decided on my name. My mother vehemently claims I was named after Longfellow's poem and that my dad is making his story up or has remembered wrong.
18. I love Doctor Who but only the new ones from 2005 onward and I'm excited to see Matt Smith as the new Doctor.
19. I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan, I've gone to a conference and several wizard rock shows.

13. I'm very quiet and not much of a talker. Sometimes I am mistaken if something is wrong, but it's more because I don't talk. I'm exactly just like my father.

15. I've lived in more than one city - St. Louis, Missouri; Broadview Heights, Ohio; North Olmsted, Ohio; Kent, Ohio; and Columbus, Ohio, so far because of my college career.

17. I had a very close relationship with my grandparents, my mom's parents. Recently my grandfather passed away, and the next evening, he came to visit me to say goodbye and let me know everything was OK and he was happy to be back with his love of his life, of 53 years. I miss them both terribly so much. I will always cherish those times that I had with them while growing up.

1. I've been a vegetarian for over four years now.

2. I love orange juice. I hardly drink anything else.

3. I am obsessed with college sports. My favorites are baseball and football.

4. I love names. When I hear a name I like, I will write it down and save it, for possible future use I guess. This includes names for both kids and pets.

5. I am quiet and observant by nature, but not shy.

6. I love college. As much as I hate assignments and tests, I love gaining knowledge and I love the traditions and student/fan pride that my university has. I will probably cry on graduation day, because I never want to leave.

7. I am double majoring, but I am still not sure what I want to do with my life. My problem is that I am interested in many different career paths. So many of them are so different, too, that I can't possibly combine them.

8. I am generally a very happy person... I try to find the good in every situation.

9. On that note: I am an optimist in every sense of the word. So much so that sometimes I block myself from seeing the bad in situations.

10. I have never tried any type of drug. I have no desire at all to see what any are like.

28. One thing that has been the same for me since I was little is that I have always wanted to live out in a remote city, with a small population, where everyone knows everyone and their secrets. I want to live on lots of acreage and have a small farm with chickens, cows, goats, horses and other animals, and I want my job to be taking care of it all. I want to raise a family there with a great husband. I want to have bonfires with the neighbors and sit out on our front porch talking all night. Probably cheesy, but that is the one of the only things I have ever really, truly wanted. If none of my other dreams for my future came true except for this one, I would consider myself to be very lucky.

Here's mine.

1. I just ate a big bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream. I'd have more, but I'm too lazy to get up right now.

2. I love to travel. My husband and I are hoping to teach and live abroad someday.

3. I play the piano and want to learn the violin.

4. My husband has a very pretty shade of red hair that I hope our child inherits.

5. I have been a vegetarian for over 12 years.

6. I was recently put on modified bedrest because of a pregnancy complication. That means I have to pretty much lay on my side most of the day and drink tons of water. Thank goodness for my laptop!

7. I might go on for a PhD or an EdD when I am done with my masters but I haven't decided yet.

8. I love love love eating sweets. I wish I didn't.

9. I love to read but I often have a difficult time finding books I like. If I like an author, I can read through their entire collection in under a week or two, but then I'm left without anything to read again.

10. I don't really like cooking but luckily my husband does. He is making stir fry right now.

11. I do like baking though but I don't very often because I always eat way too much of it.

12. I have never been able to keep my room tidy. I'm naturally a lazy housekeeper, but the rest of the house is usually pretty clean- just not the bedroom.

15. Thinking of so many things is harder than I thought, but it is a nice distraction.

24. I never answer the home phone because we don't have caller ID. I always let the machine get it- anyone who I really want to talk to calls my cell phone anyway.

25. I seem to get jury summons every year or two.

26. I love going out to eat. I spend way too much on it. I especially like Indian and Italian food.

27. I still don't like raw tomatoes- they made me gag as a child and my dad never believed me!

28. I can't wait until spring is officially here! It is my favorite season.

1. I was born by emergency c-section cause my heart kept stopping.

2. Llamas make me very nervous and I don't like to get close to them.

3. I've been bitten by a squirrel in my front yard, and CHASED & bitten by a snapping turtle in the menomonee river while fishing. Thank goodness I was wearing waders or my foot would be gone!

4. I have freckles on my right hand that form the shape of the big dipper perfectly, just like the stars.

5. I have never hit an animal with my car. A deer and wolf came close to meeting my bumper. I got yelled at for breaking for a mouse that ran in the road.

6. I have never broken a bone... surprisingly.

7. When I was a little kid I was TERRIFIED of forklifts and would scream & cry if I saw one @ a store like Menard's.

8. One year for Halloween I dressed up as a K9 police officer & used my neighbors German Shepherd as my police dog.

9. I refuse to go in the ape/monkey building at the Zoo.

10. I refuse to wear articles of clothing that are bright red or orange.

11. It is my goal to visit every state in the US. I've gone to 19 so far.

12. I want to get married in the month of June and go to Alaska for the honeymoon.

13. My ring fingers are slightly longer than my index fingers.

14. I'm the only child and I don't find it to be very exciting.

15. I have a severe case of chilopodophobia (centipedes) which causes me to have panic attacks and I've come very close to passing out.

16. My first pet was a fat, squishy solid black guinea pig.

17. Whenever I see turtles crossing the road I ALWAYS stop to help them/move them. Even big snappers.

18. I have an excellent sense of direction and it's almost possible to get lost if you're with me - I'll find the way there!

19. I'm severely allergic to deer. Two years ago my eyes swelled shut and my airway began to close off. I refuse to touch another deer after that!!!!

20. I have never left the country, even though my aunt and uncle live in England. (Doesn't help plane tickets are over $900 to go there.....)

21. I've never smoked a cigarette and I have never touched any kind of illegal drug.

22. I have a very weak stomach and throw up easily- pretty much on command.

23. I am cold blooded and get the goosebumps & shivers even if it's 70 outside. I need a heat lamp like a lizzard. LOL.

24. I was raised to be a hunter yet have the highest level of respect for animals and nature that one could possibly have.

25. Some day I will open a rescue facility for unwanted/abused/neglected horses, mules, and donkeys.

26. I found $200 laying on the floor of a store and turned it in, I did think briefly about keeping it!

27. Last spring I called 911 to help me rescue a mama Mallard and her 13 babies from the busy Interstate.

28. I cannot take a bath without cleaning/disinfecting the tub first with bleach.

Cool thread!

1. I've lived in the same house for all of my 17 years of life.

2. As a baby, I screamed and cried and wailed. A lot. My brother, on the other hand, was a very quiet baby. What's weird is we seem to have reversed roles; I am now far more placid than him and he has one fiery temper!

3. I've wanted to become a veterinary surgeon ever since I was about 3 years old. Before that, I was intent on becoming a ballerina.

4. Good job though that I decided against the latter (above), because I think I've finally reached my peak in height at 6 foot exactly. I would have been one lanky ballerina, haha.

5. I have my own DNA in a vial. Seriously. I extracted it myself. Although now it's quite hard to see as its wound back up into coils again, but it's there. Why do I have it in a vial? Haha, I seriously don't know. But it's cool to have.

6. I am currently reading Darwin's Origin of Species.

7. I am the only girl in my year at school (well, in my school actually, for the moment anyway) to study further mathematics at A level.

8. I can't wink with my left eye. I had to train myself to wink the right, but there's no hope with the left. It's a peculiar trait I've inherited from my dad's side of the family. My mum and brother wink just fine.

9. I am a vain money guzzler! I calculated that last year I spent about £5500 on clothes, accesories, shoes, perfumes, make-up, my hair and jewellry. It's awful, I know, and my 2009 resolution is to cut down on that considerably.

10. I hate camping with a passion. I need my little luxuries otherwise I get incredibly groggy and snappy.

11. I have keratoconus in both eyes, but mainly in my left. It's manageable for me at the moment and I barely notice it, but it will gradually worsen throughout my life and I could get to the stage of needing a corneal transplant.

12. I am generally a pleasant person to people although I'm not much of a socialiser. I prefer to have a few, select friends whom I can truly trust than lots of people I can't.

13. The only body part I have ever broken is the little finger on my right hand, and it's still a bit crooked.

15. I love debating. It's something I've only really gotten into over the past few months. Once I get into argue-mode there's no going back!

16. I've had the same mobile phone for about 5 years. It's not that it's amazing or that I can't afford a new one, it's just I'm not particularly a gadget person and would rather spend the money on something else.

17. I cannot STAND people who eat noisily. It just irks me to the core.

18. I know I'm only young and things change as you age, but I can't see myself ever having kids. It's just not me.

19. I do not have a photographic memory whatsoever, which sometimes surprises people. I can only truly get things into my brain by writing them down over and over again. It's very tiresome, but for some reason I just can't really learn information any other way!

20. My middle name, Vivienne, is that of my aunt, who passed away from leukaemia before I was born. All the other girls born on my dad's side of the family also have Vivienne as their middle name.

21. I take my coffee black with one sugar.

22. I'm generally terrible at winter sports! I'm like Bambi when on ice and I can only go so far as turning parrallel in big, wide loops when skiing.

23. Riding is my passion, particularly dressage, and I've been riding for 13 years.

24. I don't cry; very, very rarely at least. Yeah, I get sad, but I'd be more likely to be incredibly quiet for a while rather than burst into tears.

25. I hate the idea of failure. I'm really competitive and once I get into something, I have to win!

26. The bodypart I hate most on myself is my teeth. Otherwise I am generally happy with how I look.

27. I could eat olives for the rest of my life, haha. I absolutely looooooove them!

28. I study Latin, and it rocks. Lately I've found it particularly helpful in my scientific subjects. If you know Latin, there'll rarely be a word that you encounter that you can't figure out the meaning by it's Latin roots.

1. I play this game more hours a day than I care to share.
2. I am just coming off of being sick but I still had to do my job anyway because the horses needed to be taken care of.
3. I've drawn three rainbow daleks in the last four days.
4. My mom just sent me a package from home with my favorite sweatshirt, my ipod speaker, two dvds of mine, my show gloves, and a surprise box of strawberry koala cookies.
5. Every time I watch any episode of Doctor Who after the second season I just miss Rose too much to really get into it.
6. Today I have decided that the dog I want in the future is a pit bull/ catahoula cross.
7. I really want a subscription to my DeviantArt so I can post polls and make my journal there pretty and display stamps.
8. One of the girls at the barn got to see Toby Keith this weekend and I'm really jealous.
9. I thought I would really like the cookie dough flavour of Poptarts but I don't really like them.
10. I admit to liking really tacky music.
11. Today one of the boarders brought his rottie along while he did chores.
12. I start reading a LOT of books but rarely ever finish them.
13. Recently I have started but not finished New Moon (for the third reading) Deathly Hallows (for the second reading) Lord of the Rings (only ever listened to the audiobook) a Buffy novel about Spike and Drusilla, and I am now reading Shakespeare's The Tempest. I picked it up at random because Tempest is one of my favorite songs.
14. My hair was half pink and half orange in November but I wanted a good job so I dyed it brown and I did such a good job finding a colour that you can barely see where my roots start and the dye ends.
15. I find it hard to listen to audiobooks unless the narrator is a British or Scottish man.
16. Humanities Through The Arts was my all time favourite class.
17. I grew up in a suburb of Chicago, and my high school was on national television for hazing two years before I started there.
18. I am really bad at saving my money, although I'd like to save it for a nice horse eventually.
19. I have ridden in my new saddle twice, and fallen out of it twice.
20. When it comes to food, there is hardly anything I won't eat. One of the exceptions being ham when it's prepared a certain way.
21. I don't like to argue politics. My motto is you do your thing, I'll do mine. (And yes, those are lyrics from a country song)
22. I have four t-shirts that have a saying or logo for Firefly/Serenity on them, and one with the cast of Angel.
23. I didn't like music until I found the country music station. Now I love listening to new music. For years I would only listen to country and classical though.
24. Apparently I confuse a lot of people.

26. Ever since I was little I wanted a pickup truck.
27. I am late almost everywhere I go, even if I allow myself extra time I always get sidetracked by something.
28. I tend to be obsessive over certain things. I watch or read or listen to something over and over and over until I become sick of it for a few months, then I usually pick it back up.

Suki-Wingy, I always used to think I wanted a pick-up, but now that I know what a pain it'd be to park one in the city I live in, I am happy with my CRV! I definitely think vehicle choice depends a lot on where and when you drive it!

1. I love Nutella on warm croissants.

2. My first dog was a Pekinese named Monday.

3. Add me to the list of people who LOVE the cold weather yet live in Florida.

4. I am the only one in a very large family that doesn’t smoke cigarettes.

5. I like to walk barefoot, even when it’s cold.

6. My first summer job was being a gate guard for a gated community. A little boring but relaxing. I didn’t have to do much. I’d bring my RB Dee Dee in the little gate box and read books all day while saying hello to people.

7. The first book I read by myself when I was 4 or 5 was Dr. Seuss’s: One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish.

8. I dislike blueberries.

9. I got the mumps and chicken pox as a child within 10 days of each other. Longest sick leave from school ever!

10. As a child I was awesome on the balance beam. My teachers wanted me to try out for the Olympic team.

11. I like reading books by Dean Koontz.

12. One of my favorite bands is Nickelback.

13. I think Wentworth Miller is HOT.

14. My favorite fragrances are J’Adore, Eau D’Issey and Mariella Burani.

15. I used to collect key chains and had thousands of them but I got tired of them and eventually gave them away here and there to whoever wanted them.

16. I love anything Boston Terrier and am currently looking for Boston Terrier baby bedding or nursery décor but cannot find any.

17. I hate milk… even chocolate milk. The smell makes me gag.

18. My favorite kind of jewelry (and I don’t have much) are gold earrings.

19. I prefer the company of my dogs to most people.

20. I thought I’d never like owning a male dog…. until Frankie came along.

21. I love black licorice… the bitter kind. The more bitter, the better!

22. I prefer sitting by a pool then going to the beach.

23. My dog Beenie thinks she’s a cat sometimes. She purrs when you pet her. I really have to catch it on video one of these days.

24. I’ve always wanted to open an animal rescue.

1. I hate watching any kind of sports on t.v.
2. I'd rather watch a movie than read a book.
3. I have a hard time falling asleep at night.
4. I'm a light sleeper so I've been putting earplugs in my ears now for years.
5. I've never had a cell phone.
6. I don't have an ipod either.
7. I've become more of a home body the older I've become.
8. I don't like mushrooms, olives, avacodo's, sushi, or Indian food.
9. I love Italian food.
10. I'm 3/4ths German and 1/4 who knows.
11. I'm almost 5'10".
12. I have naturally curly hair.
13. I have very fine thin hair too.
14. I've been dying my hair since my late 20's.
15. When I'm much older, my hair will be a pretty white color like my grandmother's sister.
16. I'm very fair skinned and burn very easily now but I used to tan easily when I was younger.
17. I've had acne most of my life and I still break out now even though I'm in my 40's.
18. I used to play the piano but I haven't in years.
19. I love 80's music.
20. I'm shy but I can talk about cats to any one without any problems.
21. As I've gotten older I've learned to more assertive in certain situations.
22. I'm so glad that I know have called I.D.
23. I'm now on Facebook but I still like PT better.
24. My cat Sunny is my alarm clock on most mornings.
25. I'm not a morning person but have to be during the week.
26. I'd love to be able to sleep at least 10 hours a day.
27. I don't like drinking milk because I had some sour milk as a kid and this ruined it for me.
28. I spend more money on my cats than I do on myself.
