thanks k9krazee for the signature!
This dog’s life expectancy is between 12 and 14 years. It’s believed that this breed has evolved from ancient, corded herding dogs from the Hungarian plains, which were bred with other small, long-coated mountain herders. It was brought to Europe over 1,000 years ago. Popular in its home country, it’s generally kept as a household companion, although it remains an excellent herder. It can also work in obedience, tracking agility and therapy.

k, i'll find info for one....
This breed's life expectancy is about 13 to 14 years, but may be more. It once worked on the canal boats of Flanders chasing vermin. It's name means " little captain." It has an uncertain background, some say the breed descends from an ancient breed of black Belgian Sheepdogs; others suggest it's a member of the Spitz family; and others argue that it was a cross between a terrier-type breed and the German Pomeranian. It makes an affectionate family pet but can be suspicious and noisy with strangers.
is it a Schipperke

Wow, did i give to much info or are you really good!? Yes, it's the Schipperke. Your turn!![]()
What set it off for me when I first read it was that it is said to be a descendent of the Belgian Sheepdogs, since they do really look alike, it's just that I ddin't get on until today, nice discription though.....this game is fun because you learn stuff as well!
