Something else I want to add here. If, one day, you do succumb to the urge, don't beat yourself up. That does not make you a failure. All you have to do is get yourself back on track and continue on.

You know since I haven't been smoking I really do realize how people really do smell when they smoke. I was walking in Wal-Mart the other day and this lady walked by me and I thought man she smells just like a cig. I never knew that it was that obvious and how bad it really did smell
