OH MY COD this is tuna mushBack to clam juice.... I have tried "phony abalone" by soaking chicken filets in clam juice for awhile then saute or poach. delish! (that is for those of us that like seafood) The only seafood I can't abide is anchovies. I even like calimari (octopus)and sushi. I've seen jellyfish
on a Chinese menu but haven't had the nerve to try it.
